Pink Hair Streaks at The Zoo Salon Benefit Breast Cancer Survivors

The Zoo Salon will be raising money for the Hope Foundation for Breast Cancer Survivors by selling pink hair streaks for $20 now through October 31. One hundred percent of the proceeds from sales of the streaks will go to the foundation.

More pumpkins than people!

At Ort Farms you'll find pumpkins, a corn maze, painted pumpkins, pies, hayrides, corn stalks, hay and straw, petting zoo and picnic area, apple butter, pumpkin butter, fall vegetables, local apples, and cider.

The BrewPub's Oktoberfest October 12, 2008

Freedom Horse Benefit at Chili's Bar and Grill

When you dine at Chili's Bar and Grill at the International Trade Center on October 16th between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m., 10% of the total sales received from your group will be donated to Freedom Horse, a non-profit organization that uses equine- assisted activites for therapuetic benefits for children with special needs. Make sure you tell your server that you are supporting Freedom Horse, Inc. If you can't make dine in, why not order To-Go and mention Freedom Horse.

Halloween Carnival at Freedom Horse

Games, activities and prizes for children preschool through elementary. Come in costume. Sunday, October 26, 1 - 5 p.m. at the Fairmont Fire Hose, Parker Rd, Long Valley. All proceeds go to Freedom Horse.

Bring your carved or painted pumpkin creations to Long Valley Plaza and compete for prizes. Pumpkin entries will be accepted all day at PNC Bank. No pre-registration is required.
